YouTube’s copyright policies require users to post original content or obtain necessary permissions.  In order to avoid a YouTube copyright claim, use uncopyrighted music and videos or original content. If you receive a copyright claim, allow the owner to monetize your video with ads or alter your video. Copyright claims and strikes have different consequences.
